Denison junior attack Brooks Davy (Wilmington, NC/Episcopal) and DePauw sophomore goalie Charlie Robson (Cincinnati, OH/St. Xavier) were both named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Div. III Team of the Week for games played between April 2-8.
Davy scored a career-high six goals on 11 shots in the 14-6 win over the Oberlin on April 7th. On April 3rd, he led the way with four goals on six shots in the win over the Terriers. He has scored 35 goals and has five assists on the year. Over the last five games, he has scored 21 goals. Davy is the fourth USILA Team of the Week honoree for the Big Red this season, joining Peter Pittroff (Charlotte, NC/Country Day) (Feb. 27, March 6) and Henry DeCamp (Washington, D.C./Deerfield Acad.) (March 14).
Robson helped lead the Tigers to wins last week over Wabash, 14-4, and Wooster, 13-8. He combined for 31 saves in 105 minutes of action for a 6.86 goals against average and posted a .721 save percentage.
The USILA Team of the Week is made up of 10 players, regardless of positions, and chosen by a selection committee each week.
