    CLEVELAND, Ohio – All 10 North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) institutions appeared in the final 2021-22 Division III Learfield Sports Directors’ Cup standings. Denison led all conference schools, compiling 487 points for a 35th place finish.

    Kris Boey, director of track & field/cross country, associate athletics director, and compliance officer at Ohio Wesleyan University, has resigned to accept the athletics director position at nearby Buckeye Valley High School, it was announced today. Boey will begin at Buckeye Valley on August 1.

    The final day of the 2022 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships were Saturday at the Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. A pair of NCAC athletes took center stage on the final day, including Wooster sophomore Dylan Garretson (Newcomerstown, OH/Newcomerstown) in the men’s pole vault and Oberlin senior Malaika Djungu-Sungu (Arlington, TX/Arlington) in the women’s triple jump.
  • Pasch & Appenheimer Receive USTFCCCA Regional Awards

    DePauw women’s track & field senior Erin Pasch (Indianapolis, IN/Indianapolis Lutheran) and Oberlin women’s track & field head coach Ray Appenheimer were recognized by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as the Great Lakes Region Women’s Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year and Coach of the Year, respectively.
  • Denison Wins Record 18th NCAC All-Sports Title

    Denison won eight league titles in women's soccer, volleyball, men's swimming & diving, baseball, women's golf, men's lacrosse, men's tennis and women's tennis and posted 14 additional top-five finishes during the 2021-22 academic year to win its league-leading 18th North Coast Athletic Conference All-Sports Championship.
  • Four Named NCAA Winter Postgraduate Award Winners

    Four North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) winter student-athletes were named recipients of the prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship. Kenyon highlighted the list with two recipients, men’s swimming and diving senior Marcus Hong (Westlake, OH/ St. Ignatius) and women’s swimming and diving senior Emmie Mirus (Madison, WI/West). Denison men’s swimming and diving senior Liam Picozzi (Ballston Spa, NY/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake) and DePauw women’s track and field senior Erin Pasch (Indianapolis, Ind./Lutheran) also received NCAA postgraduate scholarships.
  • Wabash Claims Ninth NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Title

    Wabash won its third-consecutive and ninth overall league title at the 2022 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Friday at the Kahn Track & Shults Field on the campus of Oberlin College. The Little Giants accumulated 171 points to win the team title, while Denison finished second with 132.50 total points.
  • Oberlin Captures Fourth NCAC Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Title

    The Oberlin women won their fourth overall conference title at the at the 2022 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Friday at the Kahn Track & Shults Field on the programs home campus. The Yeowomen topped the team standings at the two-day meet with 187 points, clearing the next closest team by 60 points.
  • Denison Men & Oberlin Women Lead After Day 1

    The Denison men and the Oberlin women lead the 2022 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships after the first day of competition at Kahn Track & Shults Field on the campus of Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. The Big Red accumulated 55 total points after five top-five finishes including a win in the 10,000 meter run, while the Yeowomen sit in first with 66 points thanks to seven top-five finishes including first-place finishes in the hammer throw and long jump.
  • Heptathlon & Decathlon Open Outdoor Championships

    The 2022 NCAC Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Combined Championships were held on Saturday-Sunday, April 30-May 1, at Oberlin College. DePauw senior Erin Pasch won the heptathlon with 5,041 points, while Denison sophomore Jacob Brown won the decathlon with 6,092 total points.
  • Wabash and Oberlin Picked As Favorites at 2022 NCAC Track & Field Championships

    CLEVELAND, OH – The 2022 NCAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held Thursday-Friday, May 5-6, at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. The Oberlin Yeowomen are seeking their fourth NCAC crown, while the Wabash Little Giants are in search of their third-straight and ninth overall title. Both squads have been selected as the favorites heading into this year’s meet based on pre-championship balloting by the league coaches.
